Orders may be cancelled if they have not yet entered the Shipping process.
Changes must be requested within 12 hours of payment.
Refunds may be requested for a variety of reasons, to include if the item has not been received after the guaranteed delivery date or if the item was damaged or the order was processed incorrectly.
Refunds will not be given when due to factors within the Customer's control or for circumstances outside the Site's control.
